Energy Boost Sessions focus on rebalancing your energy systems, grounding you and protectively sealing your energy field so that you can meet lifes challenges with grace and confidence.
These sessions are ideal for any circumstance when you need additional support to get you through, and to, where you want to be, such as:
When feeling tired and overcommitted; experiencing poor quality sleep or difficulty resting and relaxing; recovering from illness; nervousness or anxiety about an upcoming event such as an important meeting; speaking up, standing your ground or making an important decision; general bouts of or ongoing anxiety; attending a job interview or handing in your resignation; preparation for the first time doing something new; facing a fear such as flying, going to the dentist or undergoing a surgical procedure; saying goodbye to loved ones or finding courage to embrace new loves.

It is accompanied by an audio recording of the awarenesses and insights that come through during the course of your session.
